Our foundry has been built specifically for the production of the propeller and stern gear castings adhering to the quality policy and objectives. Foundry has formulated quality systems and assurance program to bring about improvements in all areas of operations. All the ingots used in the induction furnace during the manufacturing process undergo quality inspection and are certified. SMW manufactures a wide range of propellers weighing from 5Kg to 1000Kg. Apart from its standard assortment of sizes, all the raw materials are procured from renowned vendors who have required certifications and above all – proven heritage. Our quality wing especially takes care of the inspection and testing procedures.
